100 years of Consmema

We invite you to mark this special milestone together with us.
On Thursday, June 19, starting at 6:00 PM, you are welcome to visit our location in Hattemerbroek. Doors are open until 9:00 PM. While enjoying a bite and a drink, you can take a unique journey through time in our factory, from 1925 to today’s technology.

“We want to thank everyone who has contributed to our success,” says Johan Kooij. “That’s why we warmly invite you to raise a glass with us on June 19, 2025, as we celebrate 100 YEARS OF CONSMEMA.”

Let yourself be taken on a time-traveling journey through our factory. Discover our story from past to present, enjoy some refreshments, and toast with us to the future!

A look back at our history
Consmema was founded on June 3, 1925, by Bart van Veen. What began as a small blacksmith’s shop soon grew into a successful company, thanks in part to strong cooperation with his brothers Willem (a contractor) and Klaas (a blacksmith).
Over the decades, Consmema has contributed to numerous remarkable projects and collaborations in metalworking and mechanical engineering, all of which can be discovered during our anniversary celebration’s time-travel experience.
