Pile upending frame

For tilting monopiles from horizontal position to vertical position we manufactured, preserved and installed 3 upending frames. 
 
The monopiles are moved through the frame from a horizontal position with an additional handling tool, The cables guided through the frame and secured to a nosepiece will secure the monopile at the bottom.  

This construction allows several long segments to be moved from a horizontal position to a vertical position within a limited space, without a large crane.
