Fast aluminium tow vehicle DWB basin – Marin 

For Marin, we developed an aluminium tow vehicle for conducting noise measurements and offshore tests; the silent tow vehicle. The main frame of the silent vehicle runs on two aligned rails and has four wheels. This lightweight tow vehicle guarantees that minimal vibrations are observed in the measurement test. This silent vehicle can tow scale models through the water at up to 6 meters per second.
